Dr. Alex N. Mesbahi, M.D. is a renowned plastic surgeon in McLean, VA., Washington, D.C., and Beverly Hills, CA who specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery for the breasts, face, and body. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and has been in practice since 2008. He is the co-founder of the National Center For Plastic Surgery, one of the leading aesthetic and reconstructive practices in the country.  Dr. Mesbahi has earned a reputation among his patients for being an attentive and inviting plastic surgeon who carefully listens to their needs and concerns. Dr. Mesbahi is a graduate of the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences where he was one of fifteen students selected for early admission as an undergraduate. He went on to complete a six-year residency at what is considered one of the country’s top plastic surgery training programs, Dr. Mesbahi has been honored with the "Outstanding Faculty Teacher of the Year Award" by the chief residents at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C.

Following his six-year residency, Dr. Mesbahi was selected to pursue advanced training at one of the world’s most prestigious fellowship programs for microvascular surgery and cancer reconstruction, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. He was distinguished for performing the first lymph node transplant for the treatment of breast cancer-related lymphedema in the Washington metropolitan area.

Dr. Mesbahi has been featured in numerous media outlets, such as The Washington Post Magazine, Cosmopolitan Magazine, Northern Virginia Magazine, Consumers' Research Council of America, WUSA9, and WJLA-TV. He has been named as one of America's Top Surgeons and Outstanding Plastic Surgeons of DC.  

Megan is an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist and nurse injector with over 15 years of experience in the field of cosmetic dermatology and plastic surgery, specializing in aesthetic procedures, dermal fillers, and cosmetic laser treatments to provide her patients  with transformative results.

Megan is passionate about her work and her commitment to providing the highest level of patient care. Patients who have the opportunity to work with Megan appreciate her attention to detail and the natural results she helps them attain. Megan is an active member of the Dermatology Nurses Association. She continues to seek out the latest education and non-surgical innovations. “Developing a patient’s trust and achieving a natural, desired result is my priority.”

Megan earned her Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University.

Ashley is an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist specializing as a surgical nurse, nurse injector and skin care specialist.

Ashley 's warm, personal, and patient-centered approach ensures that each patient shares all of their individual concerns, needs and objectives. Ashley provides her patients with a customized treatment plan specific to their individualized needs. and ensures they have a full understanding of their procedure and a realistic expectation of their results.  

Ashley's treatment specialties include aesthetic injectables such as BOTOX® Cosmetic  (onabotulinumtoxinA) and dermal fillers (JUVÉDERM® Collection of Fillers).

Ashley continues her training to stay knowledgeable on the newest products, technologies, and techniques.

Roxana is a licensed Aesthetician and has been with Malisse Skin Bar since October of 2013. Roxana’s approach revolves around a customized skin care plan based on each individual’s personal needs. 

Roxana has extensive experience and advanced training in skin care, chemical peels, waxing, tinting, dermaplaning, microneedling and microdermabrasion. Roxana continues to enhance her knowledge by attending aesthetic training courses as well as skin care product seminars. Paired with professional treatments, her focus on education and proper maintenance brings her clients optimum results.

Shohreh is a licensed Master Aesthetician and has over 14 years of experience in skincare. Shohreh began her career at the Aveda Jouvence in Reston, VA. In 2006 Shohreh joined Red Door Salon and SPA in Tysons Corner and had been helping her clients with their skincare needs until March 2020. 

Shohreh is passionate about skincare and specializes in anti-aging skin treatments. She consistently educates herself on the latest results driven skincare treatments, including, Microdermabrasion, MicroNeedling, Chemical Peels, and Waxing.

Karin is a licensed Master Aesthetician and has worked in the beauty industry for over 35 years beginning her career in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Karin has been working in the DC area since 1989 with the last 23 years at the Red Door Salon & Spa in Tysons Corner.  

She specializes in both waxing and all types of facials, chemical peels, and other aesthetic treatments. Karin is a student of the various treatments and products available and takes special interest in addressing clients' specific needs and creating unique treatment protocols to allow for the ultimate results.

In addition to English, Karin is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.

Alla is a licensed Massage Therapist and has been providing massage therapy at the Elizabeth Arden Red Door Salon and SPA in Tysons Corner, VA for the past 15 years.

Alla received her diploma in massage therapy from the Heritage Institute in Jacksonville FL in 2005 and since then has been continually improving her knowledge and skills and is currently certified in:

Silvia is Certified Master Pedicurist and Certified Podologist with over 34 years of experience in nail care and wellness. Silvia joined Red Door Salon and Spa in Tysons Corner in 1998 and for the past 22 years had been helping her clients with their nail care treatments. 

Silvia has an excellent knowledge and expertise in all aspects of nail care, manicure and pedicure services, including advanced technical skills, specialty nail treatments and oncology esthetics and received the Red Door Certified Spa Trainer designation in 2013. 

Silvia is licensed as a nail technician in Virginia and Washington, D.C.
