- Prior experience working in a medical spa. day spa or a medical office is a plus but is not a requirement. We will train the right candidate.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Book appointments and handle patient and client requests.
- Confirm appointments.
- Greet and check in patients and clients and ensure they are comfortable in the waiting area.
- Manage and oversee the direction and flow of patients and clients to ensure the daily schedule runs efficiently and on time.
- Keep the guest reception area organized, clean, and well stocked.
- Check out patients and clients. Invite them to schedule their next appointments, and process payments.
